By providing your phone number you agree we may text you about your demo and account. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Customer SMS features (confirmations, reminders, review requests) are sent on a customer’s behalf to their own callers, with appropriate consent and after carrier registration (A2P/10DLC).
Calls handled by a Booply agent may be recorded and transcribed for booking, quality, and record-keeping. Customers are responsible for any notice or consent their jurisdiction requires; we provide a configurable greeting to help support this.
We share data with vendors that help us run the service, under their own privacy and security terms. These include providers of voice and telephony/SMS services, payment processing, data storage and CRM, hosting and infrastructure, and email. A current list of the specific providers we use is available on request. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
We protect data with reasonable safeguards. API tokens and payment keys are stored server-side and never exposed in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@booply.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor applicable requests.
Booply is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
