These SMS Terms describe Booply’s text messaging program and apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Booply is a product of Empire Management Agency LLC (“Booply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
You consent to receive text messages from Booply by contacting us first. There are two ways this happens:
We only message people who have contacted us first. Every text we send is a direct, one-to-one response from our team to a call or text you started. We do not send unsolicited, promotional, automated, or bulk text messages, and we do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists.
Messages are limited to what you asked about or what relates to your account: replies to your questions, information or links you requested, scheduling details, account setup and activation updates, and customer support responses.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Booply does not charge you for the messages themselves.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not text you again unless you contact us first. For help, reply HELP or email support@booply.ai.
We do not sell your phone number or the contents of your messages. We do not share your phone number, or your consent to receive messages, with third parties for their own marketing purposes. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Message delivery depends on the availability and performance of mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these SMS Terms; the “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
