These SMS Terms describe Booply’s text messaging program and apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Booply is a product of Empire Management Agency LLC (“Booply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Booply runs two separate text messaging programs. Which one applies to you depends on how you gave us your number.
If you are a Booply customer, we send messages about your own account from (478) 266-3918: setup and activation updates, replies to support requests you sent us, and service status notifications. You consent to these by contacting us first — either by texting that number, or by agreeing during a call that we may text you. These messages are transactional and are never promotional.
If you requested a demo or contacted our sales team, we send messages from (737) 339-4574. You opt in in one of two ways:
We only message people who gave us their number. We never send unsolicited text messages, and we do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists. Marketing messages go only to people who actively opted in to them, and you can stop any message at any time by replying STOP.
Transactional messages: confirmation that we received your demo request, replies to questions you sent us, scheduling details, account setup and activation updates, and customer support responses.
Marketing messages (only if you checked the optional consent box): information about product features, demos, pricing, and offers.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Booply does not charge you for the messages themselves.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not text that number again from that program. Replying STOP to one program does not affect the other, so you can stop marketing messages and still receive account notifications. For help, reply HELP or email support@booply.ai.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We do not sell your phone number or the contents of your messages. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Message delivery depends on the availability and performance of mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these SMS Terms; the “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
