These Terms govern your use of Booply’s website and services. By using the site, requesting a demo, or subscribing, you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to bind it.
Booply provides done-for-you AI voice agents (built on third-party voice and telephony platforms) that answer your inbound calls 24/7, qualify callers, and book appointments. We configure and operate the agent for you.
You must be at least 18 and use Booply for business purposes.
You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period. Email support@booply.ai.
SMS features require carrier registration (A2P/10DLC), which can take roughly two weeks after signup; voice service works from day one. You authorize us to provision, port, or forward phone numbers as you select, and you’re responsible for having the rights to any number you ask us to port.
You agree to provide accurate information; use Booply lawfully; comply with all laws that apply to your business and to your calls and texts, including the TCPA and applicable call-recording and consent laws; obtain any caller consents your jurisdiction requires; and remain responsible for your obligations to your own customers, including honoring appointments the agent books.
The agent is automated and may occasionally mis-hear, mis-route, or make errors. It is not a substitute for professional or emergency services. You’re responsible for reviewing bookings and for your business decisions. In an emergency, callers should contact appropriate emergency services.
Booply runs on third-party platforms and infrastructure providers. Your use of the service may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we’re not responsible for their acts or outages.
We own the Booply platform, prompts, and materials. You own your business data and call content, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or that the agent will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booply isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Booply against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of law (including telemarketing and recording laws).
We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, misuse, or legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
