This page documents exactly how Booply collects consent to send text messages. It exists so the opt-in language can be reviewed directly, without having to complete our demo request form.
Method 1 — Web form consent
A visitor to booply.ai clicks “Talk to Us” and completes a short demo request form. The form collects name, business name, mobile number, and email. On the final step, the visitor may check the optional consent control shown below.

Shown above in its default state: unchecked.
This control meets each of the following requirements:
- Unchecked by default. The visitor must actively select it.
- Separate from other agreements. It is not bundled with acceptance of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, which appear as a separate line on the same step.
- Optional. The form submits normally when it is left unchecked, and the visitor still receives their demo. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Fully disclosed. It names the sending brand, states message frequency varies, states message and data rates may apply, and gives both STOP and HELP instructions.
What each group receives
Everyone who submits the form receives one transactional text confirming we received their demo request:
“Booply: Thanks [Name] - your demo request is in. A Booply specialist will reach out shortly to schedule. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Only those who checked the consent box additionally receive marketing messages about product features, demos, pricing, and offers.
Method 2 — Texting us first
Our sales number (737) 339-4574 is published in the footer of booply.ai alongside this disclosure:
“By texting us, or by asking us during a call to text you, you consent to receive text messages from Booply at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”
Sending us a text message first is consent to receive a reply at that number.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop it. Reply HELP for help, or email support@booply.ai. Stopping one program does not affect the other, so marketing messages can be stopped while account notifications continue.
Data handling
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists.
