Do Not Call

Do Not Call Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy covers how Booply makes outbound calls, and how to stop receiving them. It applies to everyone who calls on our behalf, including employees and independent sales representatives.

Who we call

Booply’s outbound calling is business-to-business only. We call home-service contracting businesses — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing companies — at numbers those businesses have published to receive inquiries, such as Google Business Profile listings and company websites.

The purpose of the call is to introduce our software and, if the business is interested, to schedule a demo. We don’t call residential consumers and we don’t market consumer products.

How to stop our calls

Tell the caller, or email support@booply.ai, or write to Empire Management Agency LLC, Attn: Do Not Call Request, 832 42nd St, Brooklyn, NY 11232.

No particular wording is required, anyone at the business can make the request, and there’s no cost. We won’t ask why, and our callers won’t try to talk you out of it or keep going after you’ve asked.

Our internal Do Not Call list

We keep a company-specific Do Not Call list and apply it to every calling list before we dial.

National and state registries

Our calls go to businesses at published business numbers, which falls outside the National Do Not Call Registry and its state equivalents. Those protect residential subscribers.

We don’t rely on that alone. Many small contractors publish a number that is also the owner’s personal mobile. Where our records show a number is a personal line rather than a business line, we treat it as consumer-facing and suppress it unless we have consent. We also review state telemarketing requirements before we begin calling into a new state, and register where a state’s rules reach business-to-business calls.

How we call

Call recording

Where outbound calls are recorded, we do so in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction where the call is placed and received. Where the law requires all parties to consent, we obtain consent or we don’t record. Anyone on a call can ask us to stop recording, and we will.

Who calls for us

Calls are made by Booply personnel and by commission-based independent sales representatives we engage directly. Each one gets this policy and is trained on it before their first call, and is bound to it in writing as a condition of working with us. We review call activity to confirm it’s being followed.

We don’t call on behalf of other companies, and we don’t let outside parties use our dialing accounts.

Records we keep

We retain for at least five years: every Do Not Call request with the number, date, and how it reached us; our calling lists and where each came from; call detail records and any recordings or transcripts; written agreements with anyone calling for us; and dated copies of this policy and each review.

Getting a copy

This policy lives at booply.ai/dnc-policy. We’ll also send it in writing, free, to anyone who asks.

Enforcement and review

Breaking this policy is grounds for immediate termination of employment or of a contractor engagement. We review the policy at least once a year, and again whenever we start calling in a new state, change dialing vendors, or the law changes.
